We are in the middle of an anxiety pandemic.
We hear about young people with no underlying illnesses die, the news are all around the spread of the disease, and we are afraid to get close to others, touch things, and get obsessed when we touch our faces.
This aspect of the pandemic can lead to consequences on mental health and it should be taken care of.
Following is a simple method to do it:

Sit comfortably wherever you are, and slowly start counting from one to three. At the count of one: “roll your eyes up towards the top of your head.”

At the count of two: “close your eyes and take a deep breath.”

At three, breathe out slowly, relax your lids and eyes, and feel yourself restful and floating.

take half a minute to one minute to do these steps.

Now count backward from 3 to 1 and open your eyes.
