So far, there is no approved treatment or vaccine against Covid-19, but the research is going on in many labs of the world.

Covid-19 is a mild illness for people who have good health and good immune system; this is one of its major weaknesses.

Immune system can be boosted by following a healthy diet, a diet rich in fruits and vegetables and low in saturated fat and balanced in carbohydrates, unsaturated fat and proteins.

Good quality sleep for 7-8 hours and regular physical exercise and activity, indoor or outdoors are also important for the immune system.

And practicing stress reduction means.

Stress affects immunity badly. In our body we have the HPA axis pathway in face of stressful situations. And that results in elevated levels of cortisol. Although this may have benefit on the short term but on the long run it causes immune suppression.

Reducing stress means tackling Covid-19 anxiety. Things like avoiding too much news can help but also activities like meditations, pleasurable activities schedule, seeing the positive side, cultivating optimism, practicing gratitude, mindfulness and compassion can improve the health of your immune system markedly.
